Please be sure that you:
- Have adequate health cover in the form of the S1 certificate, an employment or autónomo document or private health insurance.
- Can show that you have an income of 700 euros per month, either through a signed bank certificate or a work contract (they usually expect a minimum of 3 months worth of income to be shown).

We charge 30 euros per person if you only wish for us to make the appointment for you.
We charge 100 euros for our complete Residency service (Discounts apply for two or more clients together) plus the government fees of 12 euros. This price includes a personal interpreter to accompany you for peace of mind and assistance with compiling all of the correct paperwork.
We have the experience to take you through the process of obtaining your residency, N.I.E. or S.I.P documents. Unlike many gestores and lawyers, we will even go with you to the relevant government offices to interpret. We are with you from start to finish.
